FROM LOGAN AIRPORT

Follow airport exit signs to the Sumner Tunnel. Go through the tunnel and follow signs for 93 South. Take 93 South to Exit 20, Mass Pike 90. Go West on Mass Pike for 20.5 miles. Take Exit 15 for 95/128 Waltham. Bear left for 95/128 North. Follow 95/128 for 5 miles. Take Exit 28A Trapelo Road/Belmont. Go right off the exit. Follow Trapelo Road for 5 miles (through 3 sets of lights). At the fourth set of lights go right onto Route 60 Waltham/Waverley Oaks Road. Follow for 1/5 mile. Continue on Waverley Oaks Road and turn left into the parking lot at Waverley Oaks Office Park.

FROM BOSTON / ROUTE 2:

Follow Route 2 West to Exit 59/Route 60. At end of exit ramp, turn left and follow Route 60 for 2 miles. Bear right onto Trapelo Road as it joins Route 60 onto Waverley Oaks Road. Continue on Waverley Oaks Road for 0.6 miles and turn left into the parking lot at Waverley Oaks Office Park.

FROM THE NORTH OF BOSTON:

Take Route 128 South (95 South) to Exit 29, Route 2 East. Take the Winter Street Exit. At the end of the exit ramp follow road to the right. Follow Winter Street to the end (you will pass the Belmont Country Club on your left). At the stop sign take a left onto Concord Avenue. Immediately after turning onto Concord Avenue take a right onto Mill Street. Follow Mill Street to the second light and take a right onto Trapelo Road/Route 60. Quickly get into the left lane. At the first light take a left onto Waverley Oaks Road/Route 60. Continue on Waverley Oaks Road and turn left into parking lot at Waverley Oaks Office Park.
